We want you to be fully satisfied with your Wild Made pieces. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging and protective pouches. Sale and discounted items, gifts with purchase, and items sold as sets are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. We strongly recommend adding insurance, as returns are only eligible once received and inspected. Wild Made is not responsible for missing or lost packages when insurance is not purchased.

Inspection and Refunds

Every returned item is inspected on receipt to confirm it meets the conditions above. We reserve the right to refuse a return that shows signs of wear, is damaged, or is missing components. In that case, the item is returned to you and no refund or credit is issued. Once a return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within one to two business weeks.

Store Credit and Exchanges

If you miss the 14-day window, you can request store credit instead, provided the item still meets the original eligibility criteria. Exchanges are available for full-price items that are unworn and in original condition with all packaging. If your exchange costs less than the original purchase, the difference is issued as store credit. If it costs more, you are charged the difference.

Repairs and Manufacturer Defects

We stand by the quality of our pieces. Claims for defective items must be initiated within 4 months of purchase. Repairs for regular wear and tear can be requested within 6 months of purchase. In both cases, include images, a detailed description, and your original receipt or purchase order number. Processing takes 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees for repairs are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend adding insurance.
