Return Policy
We’re here to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your Wild Made pieces. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and include all packaging and protective pouches.
- Sale, discounted items, gift with purchase, and items sold as sets are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We strongly recommend adding insurance to your package, as returns are only eligible once received and inspected.
- Wild Made is not responsible for missing or lost packages if insurance is not purchased by the customer.
Inspection and Approval of Returns
- All returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the stated return conditions.
- Wild Made reserves the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear, is damaged, missing components (such as packaging or protective pouches), or does not adhere to the above requirements.
- In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer, and no refund or credit will be issued.
Refunds
- Once the return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1-2 business weeks.
Store Credit & Exchanges
Store Credit
- If you miss the 14-day return window, you can request store credit instead.
- Items must still meet the original return eligibility criteria.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for full-price items that are unworn and in original condition, with packaging and protective pouches.
- All exchange items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the stated return conditions.
- Wild Made reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear, is damaged, missing components (such as packaging or protective pouches), or does not adhere to the above requirements.
- If your exchange costs less than the original purchase, the difference will be issued as store credit. If it costs more, you will be charged the difference.

Repairs and Manufacturer Defects

Manufacturer Defects
- Claims for defective items must be initiated within 4 months of purchase.
- Include a clear image of the issue, a detailed description, and your original receipt or purchase order number.
- Processing time: 5-10 business days from claim submission.
Repairs
- For repairs due to regular wear and tear, requests can be made within 6 months of purchase.
- Include detailed information, images, and your original purchase details.
- Our team will provide an estimate and repair options. Processing time: 5-10 business days.
Shipping for Repairs
- Customers are responsible for shipping fees for repairs.
- We recommend adding insurance to your shipment. Repairs are eligible only upon receipt and inspection.
Pre-Orders
Exclusive, limited items may be available for pre-order.
- Payment is collected at the time of purchase.
- You will receive shipping details once the product arrives and passes inspection.
